Challenges must be issued in person and with a Master of Challenge present to mediate to be considered honorable and valid.
Dishonorable Challenges result in a loss of 4 Temporary Honor Renown, and may have their results overturned or nullified by any Philodox of Rank equal to the lowest Rank Garou involved in the Challenge-in addition to whatever other punishments may result.

The MC is an NPC right now and has been since game start.

And if the MC is a PC and doesn't show up--get a new MC and take the hit for a dishonorable challenge.

Nah not the Master of Challenge... I challenged Chris Kingston at the Moot MC was there problem is I havent scene Chris in like 2 months. Would love to have him in the pack but for OOC reason he cant make all the games well I had to challenge him at the cracking of the bone.

Anyway I hope he can make it in the future.

I think we can safely rule that you're not going to take an honor hit on that one. Challenging for leadership of a pack isn't really a Sept matter to begin with.
