" Life has been lost needlessly. I am upset, but these things happen. Before anyone begins championing the causes of dead Garou and bring further disharmony to this Sept; I would see those who are distraught go to their Theurges and summon the spirits of our recently departed brethren before they return to the cycle.
I do not know how many times I need to make this point regarding the impermanence of death. If so much as one more Garou speaks FOR the fallen rather than TO the fallen, I will personally punish them. The dead can speak for themselves. With notable exceptions."
