3/25/2014 cave of the mists walkways

Maggie can be seen holding onto the walkway by the pounding waters of the falls.

((Sinstalker eyes the Garou curiously, looking for signs of emotion and intent.))

Maggie stands at the rails, letting the water pound on her.

((Sinstalker lets out a quiet chuff to politely announce his presence.))

Maggie whips around, she looks scared till she notices who it is. She nods in greeting.

What troubles you, sister? Your soul looks heavy, your spirit frayed.

Maggie nods, walking away from the water, picks up a stone. She points to the rock and herself a few times before throwing it into the falls. She turns back to the garou and points to where the rock is last seen.

The troubles we've seen, the horrors we face, the losses we've suffered. You feel like a pebble thrown into the chaos, a tree battered in the storm. Do I understand you?

She shakes her head, looking at a lose before heading closer to the elevator building where her bag lay hidden in the bushes. She pulls out paper and a crayon and writes before handing it over.

Uhh... Can you rewrite this in Garou? I don't know that yet. Working on it.

Maggie nods and rewrites it in garou.

Ahhh, OK. I understand. ((Sinstalker grows silent for a minute. He stares deep into the Falls, as though looking for something just out of sight.)) This is just how I see it.

You serve the Maiden of the Mists, the power of Thundering Niagara. Be strong. Constant. Great Niagara roars whether anyone pays her mind or not. Evermoving, everflowing, everdoing.

Be the same. Do what you do. Be who you are.

At any given time, someone is doing something and could use another Garou. There is more to be done here than we have children of Gaia to do. Someone will appreciate the help.

If it wounds your heart when some are scornful, don't bathe in this... self-pity. It is beneath any Garou, but especially beneath one who would serve a child of Thunder. Get angry. It's in our nature. But do not dwell in it. Use it. Let anger motivate you. Let it be the fire that moves you. Seize onto it, take its strength, and let it motivate you to prove fools wrong. Let it fuel your determination to be strong and make you stubbornly push to become stronger. Prove then wrong.

Maggie nods and writes a note.

((Reads the note and gives a gruff chuckle.))
