What happened to this place in game?

We were not allowed to use cannon stuff so we renamed the Caern Falling Waters it existed in exactly the same place and Olmstead did indeed design the last parts of it put in when the falls was last shutdown.

Indeed.  While aspects of White Water were used as an inspiration for Falling Waters, the Sept had to be the venue's creation, because of the organization rules concerning the use of copyrighted canon material.

Not entirely accurate.  Per VSS:

"Human mystics refer to the line connecting Niagara Falls to Seneca Falls as ‘The Spirit Way’, and they are intuitive in this observation.  For hundreds of years, and probably longer, the Spirit Way has produced divine madness and inspiration in great excess of the region’s proportionate population.  The Sept of Gaia’s Hand [Rage across New York] sits at the eastern terminus of this great lay line, while the Sept of Falling Waters [Croatoan Song: Thundering Water, RaNY:White Water] guards the Western approaches."

"~6000 BCE                 The Caern of White Waters (Falling Waters Caern A), is founded by the Croatoan and dedicated to Turtle.  Though the location has changed through the centuries as the Falls has receded, but there is sizable evidence that a Caern has been at Niagara Falls as long as there has been a Falls."


In this Chronicle, per our VSS, Falling Waters WAS the 1st ed Sept of White Waters, just as it is the Sept of Thundering Waters from Croatoan Song.  They were all one and the same.

So it is. Mea culpa. Had a senior moment.
