*a lone Garou wanders through the street of Buffalo, sniffing curiously. There is a scent of rot, of decay, of grease and refuse. The smell of garbage. The smell of food. The young Bone Gnawer's stomach rumbles at the thought of eating, for he has gone a few days without sustenance. Suddenly another young man slips besides him, tapping him lightly on the shoulder* Sup Solly? *he asks casually. The Bone Gnawer turns and returns his greeting. This guy always has good tidbits of information* So I asked around and I got some info for ya about those weird goings on up at the Falls. You and your crazy conspiracy theories....

All right Solly, always good talkin to ya....keep safe now ya hear? *Nodding in thanks, all thoughts of food suddenly forgotten, the Bone Gnawer, who goes by Solomon Justianus, summons a small Rat spirit and bids him to show him where the Garou in Niagra Falls usually congregate*

There's no great difficulty summoning a rat spirit. It's perhaps a bit bigger than expected--no gaffling, this.

*giving the spirit a slight smile, I reply in my most even voice* "Hello Skinner, thank you for coming. I have heard things-dark things. Words whispered through the streets, soft voices. A battle. Titanic struggle. Something lost, overwhelming sadness. Rumors about rumors, all pointing to one place-the Falls. I need you to tell me what you know of the Garou near Niagra Falls."
