Morning, to you as well. Soon as the last one gets here we'll take a look round a couple o places to see about the neighborhood.

It's a shame you were busy the other night, great match it was. Both clubs managed a full side, but we ran away with it in the end

'I've been here.' Last-one-Left comes out of the bushes, scratches his ear, and yawns, then the black-and-gray wolf sits.

Padraig's face brightens. "Glad to see you" he looks aside at Oisin and gestures at the wolf "this one does good work, I'd share a beer with him. Maybe when we're done?"

He pauses.

"Any road, the plan is quick and efficient. We'll go out to the meadows and hit the hunters creek on the way back in. We go in, get the lay of the land a good idea of what lives there. If there's anything merits a clooser looksie, we'll come back with a larger group unless we're sure we can get out clean or that it won't escape"

You travel to Beaver Meadows its a large area a couple of hundred acres at least its is mostly A series of Beaver Ponds that stretch out in some area's beyond the land controlled by the Audobon Society.

There is a very large Nature Center Building were classes come for education. There is significant activity going on at the Small Observatory built on the Grounds. There is a group of Girl Scouts who are packing up and preparing to go home as it begins to get dark. They are gossiping about the new trail around something called the Ghost Pond.

::Oisin pauses eyeing the scouts:: don't suppose they have any cookies on em? Ah bother. I'm not from this bit of land, maybe we should start at this ghost pond?

You pass along some trails leading through a large area of 2nd Growth Forest and a series of Large Beaver Ponds and associated Wet lands there are several patches of Old Growth Forest leading up to a small country road.   Crossing the Road several hundred yards up a stream of running water through forest you come to a Large Pond surrounded by trees on three sides.

There is a fresh beaver lodge below the pond and causing flooding near the road the steam flowing from the pond is the obvious source of the water that forms all of Beaver meadows. There is a short trail through the woods surrounding the pond obviously used by Hikers wishing to see the Pond.

While crossing the Meadows to reach the Ghost Pond there is obvious sign of Water Fowl, Deer, Racoon, Beaver, Pheseant and Grouse as well as fish and abundant water plants. Sugar Maple are in abundant supply as well as a small sugar shack at the back of the property more for educational than operational purposes.

Ghost Pond is clear deep and show abundant signs of Growing things and wild life including fish jumping in the shallows and the hoot of an Owl. Mist drapes the pond as the Cool night air hits the water warmed by the warm fall day.

if it's clean, let's pop across and see if there's any spirits of interest. After that, I think we can move on

There are not a great many hikers even on a nice sunny day and the Fall Leaves are not yet in. So you slowly fade from view crossing the Gauntlet which is much easier than in a city.

In the Umbra Ghost Lake is scenic glade there is a tree spirit in the largest Oak near the lake and the area is teaming with many small nature spirits. There are a few small technology spirits as well all located near the road and small hiking path that has been built around the lake.

In the Umbra there is even less smell of corruption than you found in the physical world.

The Season come and pass! I keep the land as it is meant to be.

Hunters Creek Park is Larger and much closer to the Town of East Aurora it has a large number of Hiking, Mountain Biking and Horse Back riding trails that criss cross this area the Creek the park is named after flows through the area draining many small tributaries before draining into Buffalo Creek.

The Presence of the Weaver is obvious wll maintained an marked trails used regularly by a large number of people. The Scent of the Wyrm is more defused but found again near the roads and parking lots.

0 for 2 on these then, gents. Let's check for spirits of any note and then lunch. I'll get food and the first round.
