There has been an explosion and mass casualty incident at the Buffalo General Hospital in the Heart of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Local, State and Federal authorities are rushing to the Scene. Reports indicate there was and emergency evacuation order’ for the Hospital minuets before a massive explosion caused the buildings collapse.
As Fire and Rescue Workers were trying to save those who could be saved rolling black outs and power outages hit the cities of Rochester, Niagara Falls, and Buffalo. So far New York State Electric and Gas and the New York Power Authority have not publically commented but reporters have indicated receiving photos from a source showing Army Corp of Engineers and other personal reporting to the Robert Mosses Power Project Building in the early hours of the morning just after the lights started to go out.
